Flying Time

Hey janjan, you are fast approaching the age of 2! You are already one year and one month old! Think now you are the gel of the group gal. Everyone is so busy with work work and more work. I miss the days we work together so we get to fool around every single day! We worked hard but there was much laughter too. I sure miss those days... have not heard from the rest for awhile. Mumi told me you start walking. Wanted to know more, but was rushing some reports then, so didn't manage to ask mumi about u. Are you running already? Will you be in the AYG some day? Will you win us a medal? I hope you don't grow up too quickly! I really understand what it means by you only get to be young once... so enjoy it k.



Here is one of my fav photos of you at your 1st bday party. The balloon si ma bought sure helped in cheering you up! You laughed till your dress was soaked in saliva! Haha... we were all happy to finally see you laugh instead of wail! Mumi was the happiest. You stress her when you =( so =) more k!!


Here we are! Getting ready your cake! It is the prettiest cake I have seen! I like it cos it looks and taste all so yummy! Si ma can be a designer cos she designed your first cake! Next time when you grow up, you must design si ma's 99th yr old bday cake k! Hopefully we will all still be around and still be in touch then! =D See she so nice. Scared I fly away, hold me to d ground. =D





Dadi far away but still celebrated your first bday with u! Just a month to go before dadi comes back to join the family. Mumi must be excited when she reads this! It has been tough on mumi with dadi so far away and I believe dadi's heart aches at the thought of leaving you 2 behind... but dadi has to make loads of money so you can lead a comfortable life and have a brother or sister soon. So when you grow up, remember they both went through lots for you. Must be a good girl k! And hang on you two girls cos dadi will be back soon!


Er ma is tired from work and misses you and all the other mamas. Hopefully, we can all meet up soon and do silly stuff, just like we used to.



Oh, before I end off, here is the picture of the year. We had dinner with the big round man on 20 May 2009. It was nice to catch up and big round man bought us dinner at Jumbo Dempsey! I was late and didn't have much time left with the rest but all in all, it was nice to meet and catch up. Don't ask me why we look constipated k... I think we just ate too much.

Heyhey Janelle baby! Daddy will be back only in 2.5 mths time and he is definitely missing you lots!! he wants to jot down a little something on your blog too but he seemed not being able to do it there for some technical reasons.. hehee. so mommy is posting it on daddy's behalf... and here's wat he has to say...

"It is my maiden (sound so sissy =p) post in this blog. I must qualify I have never like blogging, but I am beginning to see how fun it is. As a start, the cake done by the cake shop girl is really really... a piece of art. In fact, I should give her more honour by calling here a "cake artist". Really very very happy to see such a wonderful design made just for Jan Jan. And we must thank the video girl for her efforts in recording down the process (including all the really humourous commentaries that were recorded too, and not to forget the poor girl that was locked in the room peering out of the window glass. really very amusing!) of how the cake was "born". Jan Jan will surely be very touched when she knows that she has such a great god ma who took so much effort in the design and making of the cake. Not to forget all the other god mas who turned up at the party and showered all their love and shared all their laughter and joy with Jo and Jan Jan on her birthday. Tomorrow, 3 Jun 09, is Jan Jan actual one year old birthday, but poor her and her Mummy is down with flu. My heart really ache that daddy is not around to take care of them, but they got great great grandparents who are doing that on behalf for the daddy. Hope they will recover fast. =Once again, thanks to the "4 heavenly godmas", Though a treat is promised to you gals by Jan Jan daddy, it is just but a small token of his sincerest appreciation for taking care of his 2 girls ( 1 big and 1 small) when he is not around. Really thank you all! =D "

It's soooo great to see how ur pretty little face lights up wenever u hit that balloon.. u look soooo happy (ehem.. a change from the usual boohoohoo we hear wenever we come visit).. now we know wat to do to make u happy! =D

My First X'mas

2 months late but here is your first X'mas celebration Jan! It was back to Uncle Johan's house! Haha... we are frequent visitors now! Think your mamas are all aging slowly but surely cause our Christmas has less fanfare nowadays BUT though simple, we had a good time catching up, pampering you and having a good X'mas meal. =)

My dear JanJan, looks like 四妈 is the only updating this blog for you.. I love u the most! Haa.. The last I blogged, I was telling you abt our 19Oct gathering (which was 二妈's bdae gathering) yah.. Well, there wasnt much of a surprise factor coz I guess your oh-sooo-clever 二妈 shld have expected it.. Haa.. Your mummy was late for the "SURPRISE" coz u, our little sleeping beauty, woke up late! But all in all, it was a fun gathering! Lots of food (too much in fact), laughter, cries and barks! Always great to have all the 妈s (and now our princess Jan) together!

Hey Jan! What rubbish. Your 二妈 will neber no love u! I went shopping to buy your X'mas pressie k! Dun listen to the notty 死妈... I mean 四妈. hee.

Having said that, I must admit I have been so so lazy... haben been updating much hor. Heh. K la, update u on what has been happening k!

18 Jul:
Mumi finally joined us for our first outing since u arrived! She left you with dadi n grandma and sneaked out for awhile. See, she drink the lychee drink sooooo big! Greedy mumi is bac! We were so hapi to see Mumi! It was a short outing cos Mumi couldnt bear to leave u alone for too long!


Oh, crab din was bought by Uncle Johan. Heh heh. Yum yum! All yr mamas eat until the hand so dirtieeeee!

1 Aug:
四妈's hatchday!! 四妈 was going to Bali with Marcus Kor Kor on her bday so we had to make her surprise a lil earlier. We had it at east coast, trying to light a heart drawn in the sand with 四妈's name in it with sparklers! We had to do sooooo many things! Keep a lookout for 四妈, draw the heart, write the name, light the sparklers, get ready cake, light candles, pop the party poppers.... and we were all late becos of work so Marcus Kor Kor had a hard time delaying notty四妈 and prevent her from getting all suspicious! Sigh... in the end, we didn't light the candles OR the sparklers, nor did we pop the poppers cause 四妈 caught us in the act. =( Haha. But we did eventually.

呆妈... I mean 大妈's hatchday! Wow, chicks were in abundance in August decades ago! Heehee. This time, we had to sneak into 大妈's house to surprise her while she was sleeping! Hehe. Think quite successful this time but 大妈 looks a mess! Heh. We headed off to Bishan for her bday lunch at Swensens but unfortunately, forgot to snap some pixturies! =( But here's a video of the surprise!

It's been sooo long since anyone of us last blogged on this website.. Coz we havnt been able to see u more often then we would like to.. Grr.. Well, we finally did get to see u on Sat, after 大妈's Birthday Surprise!

After the chauffeur picked up 二妈 and the cake from compasspoint, he drove 二妈 and 四妈 to pick up ur mummy.. And wen she walk towards the car, "WAH!! JO, REALLI LOOK LIKE A MUM NOW!" yah, ur lovely mummy had a lovely new hairstyle now, sooo pretty! Too bad me no photo of her in her new hairstyle, will get one of the 妈s to post one soon.. Heehee..

Anyway aft all the messy and noisy surprise party, we went for lunch at bishan.. Your mummy showed us a cute little video of u, all so pretty n smiley n giggley.. Awwww!!

Aft lunch, we all (except your 二妈, I think she no loves u anymore, she dun want go see you, she rather go shopping) decided to go pay u a visit!

YAY! we finally can go play with Janelle liao... Or so we thought.....
